Payment Options

Carmichael’s locations accept and bill Medicare, Medicaid, Healthy Louisiana and private insurance plans that cover CPAP equipment and may offer payment solutions if you do not have insurance coverage. Individuals who qualify for Medicare’s CPAP coverage may have to pay 20% of the Medicare-approved amount for rental of a CPAP machine and purchase of related supplies such as masks and tubing. Medicare will pay for the CPAP machine for 13 months if it is used without interruption. Then, after 13 months, the patient owns the machine.
