Carmichael’s Crowley Compounding Pharmacy prepares customized medications to meet the specific needs of the individual patient, drugs in short supply and medicines that have drugs discontinued by a manufacturer. If there is a drug commercially available and the dosage is too strong, a compounding pharmacist can prepare the most appropriate and convenient dosage form for the patient.

Our compounding pharmacists also can formulate allergy-friendly prescriptions for patients allergic to commercial drugs with “fillers,” inactive substances used to make the active medicine easier to measure.
