Managing Arthritis

Did you know that the term “arthritis” is not a disease but is used to refer to joint pain and joint disease? If you or a loved experiences any symptoms of arthritis, schedule an appointment with a primary care physician. Arthritis diagnosis begins with a physical exam, possible blood tests and imaging scans to help determine the type of arthritis. If treatment includes pain management medication, Carmichael’s Pharmacists can work with the patient and the prescribing doctor to ensure the exact prescription is prepared at our Compounding Pharmacy in Crowley.
